• All courses and services are priced in United States Dollars (USD) (e.g., one session = USD $29).

• If you pay via WeChat Pay in Chinese Yuan (CNY), the amount will be converted according to the official exchange rate of the payment date.

• We will provide our official payment instructions (bank transfer details or WeChat Pay account) via email or WeChat after your order is confirmed.

• While WeChat Pay may be used, all funds will ultimately be consolidated into our official bank transfer account for compliance and taxation purposes.

• To ensure smooth arrangements, payments must be completed at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled course start time.

• Refunds and cancellations will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy (available on our website).
