Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if your cancellation is made at least 72 hours (three days) before the scheduled start time of your course or service.

Requests made within 72 hours of the start time are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of illness or emergency, in which case we will work with you to arrange a reschedule or alternative solution.

If the instructor cancels or reschedules a session, you will be notified at least 72 hours in advance, or otherwise offered a replacement session or refund.
Proof of Purchase
To process a refund, you must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, payment receipt, or payment record).
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the original payment channel (e.g., bank transfer or WeChat Pay, depending on your initial payment method). All funds are ultimately reconciled through our designated bank account. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain services or special offers may be marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. This will be clearly indicated in the service description.
